Stereo Cards
A few of the stereo cards Hazel bought at the boot sale on Sunday. Some a bit faded and dull subjects like churches and landscapes but these are more interesting and look great in the stereo viewer we have.
Check out how to view in 3d without a viewer. The nice thing is being able to view images that are in books, on the web or other places where a physical viewer is impractical. I use the technique we looking at stereo cards in shops and antique stores to see if the image really interests me. How to do it is here http://www.angelfire.com/ca/erker/freeview.html
It took me a number of tries to master it, but that was at least ten years ago, and I can still do it instantly when looking at a stereo image. I have read it is actually good for the eye muscles.
I´ve tried hard and after a while it worked - I saw them 3D without any special glasses/ viewer - WOW! Great experience - but now my eyes are feeling strange and stressed somehow - never mind!
